District and community change makers were invited to An Exploration of Catalytic Thinking with Hildy Gottlieb hosted by the Patterson Foundation.
Catalytic Thinking is a set of practices that make explicit the simple factors that create positive results, so those results can be consistently replicated and scaled.
Catalytic Listening is a practice of asking, listening, reframing and reflecting. This single practice guides practitioners to meet others where they are, in a way that allows them to feel heard and validated, and opens the door to their potential by uncovering what is strong and powerful, upon which they can build actions and results.
By changing the questions that we ask we can change the world!
