Soar in 4 is a free parenting program that promotes literacy. We activate parent(s) to be their child’s first literacy teacher. Parents learn how to read to their child, introduce rich new vocabulary and skills, connect with community resources and receive free materials.
Soar in 4 Events provide families with early learners (ages 0-4) hands-on engaging literary experiences designed to increase oral language and vocabulary.
